Great Lakes ore boat "Joseph H. Frantz" radio room where George 8CZN worked in 1929. As far as I can tell, this was his first job after leaving Sharon.

The Steamer Joseph H. Frantz radio call WIDF in 1930 of the Columbia SS Lines, Cleveland, OH. She had a long career from 1924 when launched. History ended in Port Colborne Ontario, towed in 2005 for scrapping.
