Rev. C. Lynn White 8AWZ, K4CC
1900 - 1986

Rev C. Lynn White was born in Columbus, Ohio. He was known as "The Radio Parson". Lynn was  a very early ham wireless operator and broadcaster starting out in 1922, Stockdale, Ohio (Pike County). His broadcast station was WJAK and ran 30 Watts. He eventually moved to Greentown, IN., Kokomo, IN., Marion, IN., and finally Elkhart, Indiana in 1931.
Rev Lynn White K4CC was elected Dayton Hamvention, Ham of the Year in 1959.
He was QCWA Member 1779. His wife was Clara and 3 children; Robert; Richard and Janet. Many pastorates after Indiana, Cadiz Ohio, Coshocton Ohio, and Harlan, KY.

Lynn runs a drifty (Swan) 350 and a beam on twenty. How did he get that D104 to balance?
In the card he stated "A ham since 1912". He was know affectionately as "Parson White" and remembered by The KY traffic system listing of Silent Keys.
