Joe and his XYL, K9OOB - Betty, for the past 12 years has hosted the Broad Ripple Tailgate Hamfest. What begun as simply hosting the Indianapolis Radio Club's annual picnic quickly evolved into a tailgate hamfest, located in a vacant wooded section of their home QTH.
