Laci lived a long and colorful life and left an indelible mark on the lives of those he touched. He was born on May 26, 1912 in the city of Szolnok, Hungary; and he died unexpectedly almost 96 years later on January 20, 2008 in Haverhill, MA after a very brief illness.
