Here is the 1963 license ET3VC assigned to Vic Crawford W1TYQ, HZ3TYQ to transmit on the amateur bands from the Ciaao Hotel in Asmara, Ethiopia.

Vic also was licensed in 1964 & 1965 to operate in Ethiopia as ET3VC.

I don't have a ET3VC QSL in my collection.
I wonder if Vic ever used this license or sent any QSL cards?
