I am Tom Roscoe K8CX. I just finished my 4th QSL cabinet, October 2018.
My new cabinet has 8 pull out drawers holding 80' of cards. The plastic containers on top of the new cabinet are 4 high and 2 deep holding some of my stateside cards, 1950's and older. I have several more stored in another location.

My 1st two cabinets were sewing pattern drawers taken from a local sewing & material store that was closing. I removed the sewing pattern partitions and added my own.
They both have 4 pull out drawers. The 1st  holds 40' of cards, the 2nd one holds 32' of cards.

Then there is my MAIN wooden QSL cabinet that I built. It has 12 pull out drawers with 6 columns of cards holding 210' of cards.

I now have a total of 362' of QSL storage space (not counting plastic stateside containers or QSL albums). All my 1920's cards are kept in albums.

Here is a photo of my QSL sorting table. I sort my cards by 1st letter prefix and then sort each pile into countries for filing.

I have a multi page sequential list of all my separate entities  + an alphabetized list.

I also have a list of each country that should be in each letter pile. Example: The letter "A" pile would have countries from:
A Abu Ail
Armed Forces
A2 Botswana
A4 Oman
A5, AC5 Bhutan
A6 UAE
A9 Bahrain
AP Pakistan.
I found that it is a whole lot easier to file cards by prefix instead of by country. It took quite a bit of work to get all of this together. It should get a bit easier now.
