On July 30, 2023 Tim W3YQ did work on both towers at K8CX

W3YQ on top of the 130' tower.
Tim removed the rotator and lowered the mast to reach the 40 meter beam.
Tim retightened the boom to mast coupler and added an extra clamp to the 40 meter beam to keep it from rotating on the mast.

Here is the extra clamp Tim added to the 40 meter beam.

Tim W3YQ changed out the rotator and cable on the 80' tower.
