This is a photo of one of the ops Ned (right), AA7A, activating one of the
seven 3B9R operating sites and chatting with the only licensed ham radio
operator on Rodriguez Island, Robert Felicite, 3B9FR. Robert has been quite
active on the air ever since the 3B9R operation in April 1999.
