Lundy Leroy "Zig" Ziegler, 5AAR, was only active for a short time in the early 1920's
L. L. ZEIGLER DIES SUDDENLY

L. L. Zeigler, 58, District Manager of Texas Electric Service Company, died suddenly Monday night at 8:45 p.m. at Simmons Memorial Hospital.
He had been ill for some time and was to have undergone surgery Tuesday morning.
A graduate of Texas A & M College in electrical engineering, he became associated with Texas Electric Service Company in Wichita Falls in 1929.
During World War II, Mr. Zeigler, a Major in the Army, was captured by the Japanese on Java Island in November of 1943 and held a prisoner of war in Japan for three years.
Following the war, he went back to his position with Texas Electric Service Company in Wichita Falls . In 1948, he was transferred to Sweetwater as District Manager, the position he held until his death.
He was active in civic affairs and was a member of the Rotary Club, a Mason, American Legion, and the Chuck Wagon.
Born October 7, 1905 in Dennis, Texas, Mr. Zeigler was married to the former Patricia Martin in 1927 in Wichita Falls.
