S.S. Nobody's Darling

This one was reported in the British " Short Wave Magazine " from August 1939, as a British ship then off Singapore.
The card here shows 150E Algiers; dated 21 June 1939, with a note on the back - " Regret that European war has put a stop to my activities "
It is a spectacularly well-designed card, with not unexpectedly, no indication that a reply was expected. It would be nice to know who the operator was.
