Operator: Charles Aloysius Gobs Jr., W3TNC (Silent Key 1999).

He was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration in Leesburg, Virginia, from 1969 until retiring as sector manager in 1986. After retiring, he was a consultant in telecommunications. His son, Charles A. Gobs III, formerly KI4CTX, is now W3TNC.
