The operator, Oliver E. Lee, now W0LCI, celebrated his 100th birthday in June 2020!
He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1966, after 30 years of service, with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer, W-4.
He has been on the air since 1935 with the following call signs: W9ZIY, W0ZIY, JA2CQ, KL7BSW, K6GGJ.
