ZA2ACB 1957 Albania

QSL says "First and only licensed station", June 12 - 15, 1957. Hans Stiehm actually was the first station to be licensed in Albania. He was located in Durres, attached to an East German naval training craft. He used a 30 watt homebrew transmitter and was on the air for 4 days. Very few stateside stations worked Hans.
