VK3XP 1936 Australia

I was pleased to see you have a copy of my uncles QSL card. He was first licensed in 1925. He was a great home brewer, never had a commercial rig until the FT101ZD came out.
Here is a 1937 letter from the IARU to VK3XP congratulating him on achieving WAC.
The 1937 Worked All Continents (WAC) certificate was found.
