I was amazed to see an old QSL card from Gordon VK5HM on your web site. As a novice ham I worked him many times on the 80M band, around 1984-85, he was quite old and he liked staying up til the early hours talking to anyone . He was quite a character. He often talked of the pre WW2 ham days. He lived in the same house all of his life, the address on your card in Cowandilla .
