K6BAZ 1938 Howland Island

The operator was well known operator Kenneth Lum King, K6BAZ, operator of portable station K6XJI and later KH6JM.
He operated from some Pacific islands in the 1930's (see callsign K6XJI). His brother, Walter Lum King was K6KEF, later KH6DBJ.
His parents were natives of China.
Kenneth Bung Hung Lum King (sometimes written "Lum-King") was born May 13, 1914 in Hawaii and became a Silent Key August 8, 1995.
