Operator: Jose Paz Estenssoro held CP1BJ for exactly 10 years and appears beginning with the (DX) Callbooks from the Fall/Winter 1960 edition until the Summer 1970 volume. 
(Another held the call before him for only 1 year starting in the spring of 1951, and even yet another well after Estenssoro.)
