Dorothy “Dot” Louise Fitts (married name Forbush) Born July 1st, 1919 in Portland, Maine to Henry King Fitts & Caroline Maria Fitts (Stevens). She died September 1st, 1978 in Canaan, New Hampshire. Graduated from Winchester, Massachusetts High School in 1937. She was a Corporal in the Canadian Women’s Army Corps. (CWAC) and served in the District Signal Officers office in Calgary. She is on the World War II Wall of Honor in her home town of Winchester, Massachusetts.
