CE9/UA4WHX 2013 Chile

UA4WHX, Vladimir Bykov, is on Navarino Island (SA-050) at the Puerto Williams base and had been operating as CE8/UA4WHX,  which was apparently done because of some "misleading information". Vladimir says "After updating it with the Radio Club of Chile I will  switch to  the  call of CE9/UA4WHX still being in Puerto Williams  (island Navarino, SA-050) Capital of Antarctic Province of Chile".  
Despite the Antarctic name in the Chilean province and the CE9 prefix  this does not count for Antarctica, but rather mainland Chile for DXCC purposes. The CE9 prefix can be used on both mainland Chile and  Antarctica.
