YS3PL 1947 El Salvador

Operator: Prudencio Llach h. appears in the 1941 Call Book pre-war, and postwar as YS3PL, later YS1PL, until I think 1988.
He is reported as active in Short Wave News in 1947 and 1948, and in Radiogiornale (Italy) in 1948.
His claim to fame (thanks, Dokufunk) is that Louis Varney G5RV was active from El Salvador as G5RV/YS3, in 1951, as a guest of YS3PL.
