"Jack Reeves, W4IBB, was invited, by the South Florida DX Association, to attend the 32nd Annual Tropical Hamboree at Miami, to make presentations on his operation from Ethiopia as ET2A.  
After several years of efforting to obtain an Ethiopian amateur license, he finally achieved his goal and was assigned the callsign, ET2A.
Jack operated during two periods in 1991, FEB 19 - APR 1 and MAY 7 - JUN 8."
