EF-8FIZ 1927 France

I could not find the operators name or much information about either call signs. Old call listed as 8PEP and current call obviously ef8FIZ.
Don’t believe he was a Pirate, maybe just liked pirates? Love the “QSL Or Walk The Plank”.
Also odd that it has 2 different addresses on the reverse.
Top is 2AGN who was Eugene Leonard Sielke. First licensed in 1926. Also held the callsigns W2DWC, W1JUG & W3IYQ. His son John is now licensed as W2AGN in honor of his father.
The second call is 2GP who was Donald C. Sayer who was first licensed as 2AEH in 1920.
