F7BB 1952 France

There's a very rare card , for the number 7 had never been issued in France , to amateur service, exept for operators belonging to NATO forces , between the end of WWII and middle 1964; the most part of these operators were American and located on US bases and at the Fontainebleau SHAPE. Sorry but it seems that Jim is no longer a ham ar may be he is deceased, for he doesn't
appear now in the usual call books. To day the number 7 has never been issued from 1964 to 1995. Now it is sometimes but very fewly, given for special callsigns beginning by TM. A special callsign beginning by TM is strictly valid for a 15 days duration.
