YI3PUK 1990 Iraq

Here's a card that always seemed interesting. It apparently was a clandestine operation inside Iraq, calling itself the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan. QSL address was in a city inside Iran. After Saddam's treatment of the Iraqi Kurds, I've often wonder if this person is still alive. The card came via the bureau for a long path QSO on 20M SSB.
