VQ4GU James Chapman worked for the Italian film producer Renato Spinotti who was I1BK in pre-war days. VQ4GU also operated from Seychelles Is. as VQ9GU and made 450 QSOs in 69 countries on 15M & 20M with his B&W equipment.
