XD4LEC 1930 Lithuania

Operator B. Eljesevicius was a student from Kaunas, Lithuania. He studied in Berlin where he got the callsign D4CE.
No radio permits were issued in Lithuania until 1932.
When in Lithuania he used XD4LEC added X -"mobile" and suffix L - Lithuania.
He also used RY1E and maybe RY4L, from 1933 LY1E. After an illness in 1935 he became a SK.
Under D4CE call he got official WAC award, listed in QST magazine.
