XE1NE 1970 Mexico

Operator: Alberto Hercules Calleja 1906-1994 expired in San Antonio TX.

 Size 8.5 by 11 inches, cardboard, Alberto Calleja XE1NE used this oversized QSL card as an outside wrapper, around a Mexico tourist magazine, Alberto would have been a good Visitors Bureau official with his generosity. I've never forgotten his unusual way of touting tourism. By the looks of it, Sr. Calleja sent many of these style tourist magazines, over Ten thousand six hundred.
