YL Operator: Pilar Fernandez in Tetuan Morocco is otherwise known as EA9AM in Ceuta.
The card tells you that she operated from Ceuta for twenty years, then moved to Tetuan for a few years; she was a teacher at a Spanish school.
The cartoon design of the card was to represent a traditional Moroccan school.
