Operators: 4K2OT, RA3AUU, 3W3RR, UA9MA

It was determined that the operation did not take place in Myanmar.
The Myanmar government knew nothing about this operation. It was thought to have taken place from Vietnam.
This operation was counted towards DXCC, even after it was known to be fraudulent.
The card is also very strange. The pic is of a 18th century church near Moscow which has nothing to do with Myanmar.
However, the date on the card does reflect when the XY0RR operation took place.
