Soe Ya was very active from Burma. From 1949 to 1953, he worked 2800 stations in 125 different countries. From 1953 to 1958, he only made an average of 5 contacts a month due to job responsibilities. In 1959, Soe became active again, on the air daily. Soe had problems receiving his QSL cards through the mail and got W4ANE as QSL manager (call now reassigned).
