WB0NAA/YN1 1986 Nicaragua

When Fred K3ZO was assigned to Nicaragua, he was unable to secure a license because he was branded as a CIA agent! So, what to do?
Well, he found out WB0NAA had permission to operate from YN, so Fred satisfied a whole bunch of people with 160 meter QSOs with his guest operating..
The QSL reflects one of them! The card was signed by the owner of the callsign Jim but Fred was the operator.
I don't recall whether he did any contest efforts with that call.
