J8CD 1938 Pyenyang, Korea

Before WWII the whole area was "Korea," but after the War it became two new political countries that hadn't existed before, North Korea and South Korea.
J8CD who was J8MM in 1936 was in the same area as today's North Korea, but there's no real category for him.
Actually, the same is true for pre-war stations in the current South Korea area, so I suppose they should be treated similarly.
