Col. Richard Decker Prescott, U.S. Army (retired), son of Joseph and Margaret Prescott, was born March 27, 1882 in St. Louis, Missouri and died January 11, 1976 in Panama. Burial: Corozal American Cemetery, Corozal, Republic of Panama. He was veteran of World War I and World War II.
