ZP5CF 1954 Paraguay

The date on the card certainly looks like 1934, but I am wondering whether in fact it was 1954 ?

1. ZP5CF died in 2004, which makes him a teenager at best in 1934. The card shows 141 countries in 33 zones in 1934, and 1686 contacts.

2. The Worked all Zones award started in 1934.

3. The card is identical with most of his post-war cards, with minimal changes over the years. My 1955 card shows 175 countries and 34 zones. There is a 1953 card on eBay from 1953 with QSO number 1279.

4. His receiver is a BC348-Q. From a google search, this model seems to have only been around since about 1942.

What do you think ?
