TPAR 1928 Poland

Operator: Jan Ziembicki LW3, TPAR, SP1AR, SP3AR was a famous Amateur Radio pioneer in Lwow (Lviv), Poland. Since the end of WWII, Lviv has been a part of Ukraine.
