4JE 1925 Puerto Rico

Joaquin Agusty 4JE with his friend Jesus T. Pineiro 4KT founded the Porto Rico Radio Club in 1918.
Joaquin 4JE also founded WKAQ-AM, one of the first radio stations of the Americas.
In 1922 he announced over the air "This is radio station WKAQ in San Juan, capitol of Puerto Rico where the world's best café is grown."
