EAR1 1927 Spain

EAR1 was de founder and 1st President of the 1st Spanish association EAR.
He was also the first autorization issued by Autorities in Spain.
A few years later due do discrepancies with EAR the second association RE was founded.
Both associations were active at the same time.
The address of the association and also de qsl buro was his own address, Mejía Lequerica 4, Madrid, Spain.
