VS7ES 1946 Ceylon
The op., Emil Savundra, was one of the first hams on the air from Ceylon after World War II. He later had the call G3SDN, and was infamous in the U.K. for the biggest car insurance crash in history, a company called the Fire, Auto and Marine Insurance, which went spectacularly bust without warning and left many thousand motorists without insurance coverage. He was an international fraudster, and is mentioned on one of the Famous Hams sites.
He is famous here not just for that, but if you remember what was known as the "Profumo Affair" (you may have seen the film) as one of the alleged clients of Christine Keeler.
