C3AR Charles L. 'Chic' Terrel
Head of the US security agency in Formosa.
Ex-8CBE and 8BPR, both stations in Ohio, in the early 1920's. Terrel had two later callsigns: W3JMR and W8SCG.
In 1936/37 he was an engineer for the FCC.
He was born in 1904 and became a Silent Key in 1987 at the age of 83.
