HS1ALP 1981 Thailand

After a long illness, Eduardo Campos-Tortosa, EA4BKA, HS0/EA4BKA, ex HS1ALP, ex 9V1WF, who had been living in Thailand for many years, became a Silent Key on Thursday May 23, 2013. EA4BKA had been Spain's Consul General in Thailand before retiring from the diplomatic service. Eddy was a life long member of the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST). Eddy had 298 confirmed in the ARRL Mixed DXCC standings.
