(TUSAFG is  U.S. Air Force Group in Turkey).

The ( British ) Short Wave News for August 1948 records -
" W4FAS working semi-undercover in Turkey and is with the American Army Air Force "

I have seen a few cards from this station from 1948-51, signed by other operators -
W5HBQ W4GIU and, interestingly, G4JG.

The big American Forces station in Turkey from about 1950 on, was TA3AA,
which had QSL cards both from the station and from some of the various individual operators.
