Melvin was a member of the ARRC (Amateur Radio Research Club) in the late 20's.
Being a printer he always made nice QSL cards.

I own Melvin’s album which contains examples of QSL cards he personally printed, QSL’s, photographs & letters he received as correspondence and also some newspaper clippings pertaining to him.
I am in process of removing blank pages and reconstructing the album. If anyone has any extra 6AVJ/W6AVJ cards that they can spare to put in his album please let me know. N2BTD
