Officer Andrew Mercer W6LLU *1901 - 1949* Born in Missouri, made his way to the Golden State, attended Stanford U at Menlo Park in 1922. He was listed as a State Traffic officer CHP in 1928. A wife Cleona and two sons in his early years.

Andrew expired in Amador County CA in 1949.
