Harley L. Minyard - occupation in 1952 was with Pacific Electric Railway. Harley lived in San Pedro, CA. with his family. I couldn't locate a ham radio call for Harley. He submitted articles in the Electric Journal of the Railway in the 30's and 40's. He became a SK in 1982 and is resting in National Veterans Cemetery in Oregon. There is also an expired Aeronautical and fixed license WKG-2 which was issued to Aeronautical Radio Inc. out of Maryland and Texas.
