Operator: Philip (Gil) Gildersleeve

The family founded the town of Gildersleeve, CT. They were there forever.
Gil had to be about 15 or 16 years old when he drew that 1925 card.

1879 postcard from shipbuilding relative. I think Gordon was an uncle of Gil 1ANE.

Gil had incredible talent even as he drew for his (Middletown, CT) High School magazine in 1927-1928.
