Club call of the South Lyme Beer, Chowder and Propagation Society, formerly held by K.B. Warner, W1EH, pre-war 9JT, 1915, and post war 1BHW, 1921, then W1EH, 1928.
After WWI, the league was in need of a new editor for QST.
As pre-war secretary C.D. Tuska, 1WD, was going to the business side of radio, and could no longer hold a position within the ARRL because of his new commercial employ.
Tuska recommended Warner, a brother officer of his during the war. Warner favorably impressed President Maxim, and Warner joined the league team, 26 April 1919.
Warner assumed the duties as Secretary and Editor of QST. During the years, K.B.Warner was at the end of all his writings.
K. B. Warner, went SK suddenly overnight 2 September 1948.
As a final tribute to K. B. W. for his nearly 30 year tenure  at ARRL, the November 1948 issue of QST, pgs 9 - 13 carried a detailed story of Kenneth Bryant Wagner, K. B. W.
