This is of historical significance because it's one of the earliest legal cases involving RFI. On the back-side of the card, Bergman discusses the pending litigation over his station's operation. 
In the year prior, a banker named Edward McWillaims began legal proceedings against Bergman and received court approval of a temporary restraining order against Bergman's operating. The ARRL was highly influential in the final outcome.
