Arthur Edward "Art" Swinfin, 9PO, later W9DO, was a resident of Illinois.
He was born October 29, 1905 in Oakpark, Illinois and died  April 4,1974 in Chicago.
He was a salesman for a Yeast company, Anhauser-Busch in Chicago.
He was a 50 year member of Quarter Century Wireless Association.
