W9CDB Harwood Hts., Illinois

Operator: Alf Adel W9CDB - a toolmaker, businessman and inventor.
Alf had an item he designed that was utilized world wide and is still available long after Adel's death in 1981.
Born in Sweden, Alf and his family emigrated to the States in the Chicago region. In 1940 Alf was working for Stewart Warner Electronics.
Alf later on had his own company offering his products worldwide.
I've used Adel Hand Nibbler's many times on radio chassis and printed circuit boards. I still have one in my radio shop.
The unit and parts are still available. What an addition to any work shop. He was one of us earning W9CDB.
