Operator: Jack Stanton 1910 - 1993, was a teacher and in the radio sales distributor business, Stanton Radio Supply.

W9PSP Jack's son Jon Stanton current W9PSP said that his father always had an interest in electronics. As early as the 1920's held old time call (9MG) having ties with the 1933 Chicago Century of Progress. Academically Jack studied at Armor Institute (ITT), Purdue Univ., and MIT. Jack was part of a handfull of selectees during war time for Special Services detailed thru Western Electric. He taught at Chicago Vocational until a position opened at Teletype Corp.
